1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member", "you") and vega4d ("Platform", "Website", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the vega4d online gaming platform located at https://vega4d.cam and all associated services.

By registering an account, accessing the website, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any service provided by vega4d, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the vega4d platform.

• "Deposit" means any funds transferred by you into your vega4d account for the purpose of placing wagers.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring submission of government-issued identification and proof of address.
• "Services" means all gaming products offered by vega4d including sports betting, live casino, slots, and togel lottery games.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your vega4d account to your designated bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use the vega4d platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and use.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be currently self-excluded or banned from any online gaming platform.
• You must not be listed on any government or regulatory exclusion list.

vega4d reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. It is strictly prohibited to allow any minor (under 21 years of age) to access or use your vega4d account.

3.2 Account Registration

When creating a vega4d account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts, household accounts, or accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited.
• Complete the KYC verification process by submitting a clear copy of your Indonesian national ID (KTP), proof of address, and a selfie holding your ID.
• Ensure that all deposit and withdrawal methods are registered in your own legal name and match your account registration details.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or to suspend or close any account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, underage gambling, or violation of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not:

• Share your password with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
• Use another person's account for any reason.
• Transfer or sell your account to another person.

You agree to notify vega4d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. vega4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activity on your account is your responsibility until you notify us of a security breach.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

vega4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1-5 minutes depending on the payment method. vega4d does not charge deposit processing fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits are final. Once funds are credited to your account, they cannot be reversed except in cases of processing error or as required by law. You are responsible for ensuring that you deposit only funds that you can afford to lose.

4.2 Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name matching your vega4d account registration details.

Standard withdrawal processing time is under 3 minutes for most requests, though verification checks may extend this period up to 24 hours in some cases. VIP members may receive priority processing. There are no withdrawal fees charged by vega4d, though receiving banks or payment providers may apply their own charges.

vega4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. Any funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

vega4d operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with international standards. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful financial activity including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud. We monitor all transactions and reserve the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal to comply with AML regulations. Accounts used solely for depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity may be suspended.

5. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on vega4d are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation except in cases of obvious technical error as determined by vega4d in its sole discretion.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, market, and your account VIP status. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity.

5.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled according to the official result at the time the match or event is completed. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will typically be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. Specific sports and markets may have additional settlement rules detailed in our Sports Betting Rules page.

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win. If any selection in a parlay loses or is voided, the entire parlay bet is settled as a loss unless otherwise specified. Live in-play betting is subject to additional rules including acceptance delays and odds fluctuations.

5.3 Casino Games and Slots

All casino games, live dealer games, and slot machines on vega4d use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems from licensed providers. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are published for transparency. Game malfunction voids all pays and plays.

5.4 Togel Lottery

Togel draws (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau, and other markets) are settled based on official results published by the respective lottery operators. Results are typically posted within 30 minutes of the official draw time. Bets placed after the draw cut-off time will be void. All togel bets (2D, 3D, 4D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, etc.) are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

5.5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage betting or exploiting price differences between operators.
• Bonus abuse including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate cause.
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to manipulate platform systems.
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by vega4d are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These terms are published on the promotion page and form part of this Agreement.

Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 20x the bonus amount depending on the promotion type. You must meet all wagering requirements before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus per person, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted. Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means will result in cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure.

vega4d reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any player from participating in promotions at our sole discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming

vega4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per time period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatically log out after a specified duration.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the vega4d platform without our prior written permission, except as necessary for your own personal, non-commercial use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vega4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
• Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your account or content.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions in service.
• Errors or inaccuracies in any content or game results.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your vega4d account in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Disputes and Complaints

vega4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, or cheating.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other players.
• Requests for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (minus any bonuses, disputed funds, or amounts owed to vega4d) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 14 business days, subject to completion of any pending verification checks.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except in cases of accidental closure or cooling-off period expiry.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vega4d is licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or terms posted on specific pages of the vega4d platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and vega4d regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
